amateur astronomy observation planning - list of sky objects by month of culmination, location and field of view
The objects with a size above 1 or 2 degrees are for binoculars and wide angle ccd astro photography. Objects smaller than 2 degrees are good for rich field telescopes. The rest is intended for higher to highest magnification telescopes.
The given month is the best month for observation or photography arround midnight. The earlier the sky object is listed, the earlier you can observe it that night.
